OkazuMa is an innovative new okazuya and catering concept launched in 2024. Named in honor of Chef Jason Peel’s mother and grandmother, this venture is a tribute to the cherished culinary traditions of his upbringing on the island of Kaua‘i. OkazuMa offers a contemporary take on classic favorites, from savory musubi to mouthwatering bento, each meticulously crafted to evoke the vibrant tastes of Japan.
